What kind of spider was it?

I got bit by a spider...... what kind of spider is it?

  • i got bit by a spider and its the second time i got bitten.. the frist time was on the leg but i didnt find the spider.. the bite turned really red and swelled up as big as my knee and then when the swelling went down the bite turned purple and still is like a faint purple.. like a bruse.. i went to the doctor and they just gave me a cream to put on it but its still purple... now.... a few days ago is when i got the second bite.. it is on my arm and its doing the same exact thing and the bite on my leg... but this time i found the spider in my bed..... the spider looked like a dark brown almost redish on half of his body (like his mouth, head and legs on that side) and a grayish color for the butt part ( almost as if you were looking at the spider and deviding it in half down the middle is how the colors were seperated) i found a picture similar to the one i found but i dont have a name for it. is this spider damgerous http://www.google.com/search?q=woodlouse+spider&hl=en&biw=1093&bih=538&prmd=ivns&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=qJlKTqigD8qdgQfZkv1y&sqi=2&ved=0CCUQsAQ

    I really believe you need to go back to the doctor.Spider bites can be really aggresive. I know i was bit by a Brown Recluse Spider...and i spent 4 months in the hospital recovering learning how to walk again.Fever,infection can all stem from a spider bite...you may want to get a second opinon.Wish you luck!

your safe the venom cant kill humans but it is painfull when you do get bit your fine your lucky you dident get bit by a black widow
