Why does the middle of my rib cage go in?

I've had this most my life, between my left and right rib cage goes in, and it makes me look like i have a hole, in fact it's just a few millimeters deeper than the rest of the middle bit, can someone tell me what it is? and how i can get rid of it? also I'm 14 so it could be growth I'm not so sure

You have pectus excavatum (look up google images) - its a very common chest wall deformity. If its so minor, you'll have no problems. Cosmetically deforming pectus excavatum can be corrected with surgery (by a good thoracic surgeon). Doesn't sound like you have anything to worry about at the moment. If it does begin to look more prominent as you grow, speak to your GP.
