How to heal a pinched nerve fast? (Can't see a medical professional)?
-
I'm pretty sure I've pinched a nerve in my shoulder, and I don't want to lie down with a heating pad and take some tylonel and pray that the pain is relieved for a few hours. I want it to go go away, I want it to heal. So, what should I do?
-
Answer:
Cut off circulation to the area whether it means putting your arm in funky position that way your temporally deadening the nerves when the blood rushes back than you should no longer feel the pain.
