How deep/wide does a cut need to be to scar?

I need help with a scar :(?

• What happened: ~ I got my right breast scratched by a cat. Why I have a scar: ~ I left the band aids on for too long because mom said that we are poor and it's annoying to constantly buy more from Wal Mart *15 min away,* So I left on the band aids for too long and it infected my breast and it looked like a huge rash and I took great care of it, but it's still not how I'd want it to be. I never scratched my cut, either, so I shouldn't have my scar. What the scar is like: If I look down and compare both of my breasts, one is very silky and the other feels like it is leathery. Also, one looks soft and like my skin, and the other one looks normal from a couple feet away, but close, you can see it has a millimeter tall and 1 cm wide bubbles that are kind of red. *barely* It could be worse. It could be white and weird like some scars I've seen, but it still just really bothers me. How long ago it happened: ~ I got scratched 4 weeks ago and it healed up, but has been how it is now for 2 weeks and beleive it will stay this way. I know it may not be noticable at all, but I am young *14* and I don't think a 14 year old girl should have a rough breast that looks like it's blushing. What I am looking for: ~ I do not mind if what you tell me does not effect the looks of scars, I just at least want my breast to soft again. Improved looks and softness would be nice, though. :) Budget: ~ I see my breasts as the softest and most beautiful feature of my body, and I would do anything to fix them to be perfect again. I have $350 from my birthday and savings and am willing to spend it all or save even more to fix it. Thanks for reading! Anything will help!! >u<

  Vitamin E is great for healing scars. Just get some vitamin E pills and poke a hole in it with a pin. then rub the oil on the scar. If you keep this up for a while, it should diminish the visibility of the scar. Good luck
