Back pain, nerve pain? disc pain? what can this be? see details?

I have lumbar pain. It has been there since an accident. I get a stabbing excruciating pain when I bend or move a certain way. What can it be? No numbness in leg as of yet. The first week of the accident it was uncomfortable for me to sit and felt like something was bothering a nerve making me tighten my butt as I sat. If I turn to my right side I feel a jolt of pain like something stabbing a nerve. I had an MRI done yesterday but still would like to hear what everyone has to say before I get results.

Answer:
Not pretty. Sounds like a lot of damage done at previous accident which must have been not treated right back then. Consult a solicitor is your first port of call. i can see a compo big time ahead for you.
