Am I still eligible to receive workers compensation benefit, If my doctor says that my employers liability is?

  • Am I still eligible to receive workers compensation benefit, If my doctor says that my employers liability is only 25%. Will I still receive medical benefit? If my employers liability is only 25% for my injury, does that mean, my workers compensation pay only 25% of my medical bill and I have to pay the 75% of the medical bills? I never had knee pain before in my entire life. After I started working for this employer, a year later I started having a knee pain and I couldnt squat or bend. My knee continue to hurt. I went to see a doctor. According to him, my employer liability is only 25%. What shall I do? Will I still be eligible for workers compensation in washington and will my workers compensation pay the full medical bill for my treatment if my employer is only 25% liability?
