Why am I Feeling a Burn/Workout in only one leg after knee surgery?
-
I'm 16 years old 5-8, 180lbs and recently had my ACL, Medial Meniscus and Lateral Meniscus repaired due to an accident in football practice. Through out Physical therapy, working out and Jogging My left leg burns/feels a workout way more then my right. NOTE: I had surgery on my RIGHT knee there for making my left leg a lot stronger and bigger then my right. So I am confused and frustrated about the fact that my left leg(being the stronger one) feels way more of a work out then my right one(being the knee i Had surgery on). The Healthy leg is never favored during workouts. To sum it up I'm feeling no muscle burn in my weak leg while working out. I'm feeling a ton of muscle burn in my strong leg. You would think the weak leg would feel the most burn. Please someone help or answer my question I'm very confused.
