Why does my ankle always pop out of place?

I felt a pop in my hip when i was throwing a football?

  • i was throwing a football as far as i could and of course you swing your hips for tourque i felt a pop in my non plant leg right in my hip like it went in and out of place, im limping pretty bad and i have constant pain im 24 years old and have no hip trouble. my orthapedist once told me i have looser joints then most thats why i always have ankle injuries what should i do.
