What should I do about my shoulder injury and what kind of injury is it?

I know it may be hard to diagnose an injury over the internet but let's see if someone can help me out. Several weeks ago some friends and I had been drinking and then decided wrestling would be a fun and safe idea. Well, the next morning I woke up with mild pain in my shoulder but I ignored it and it went away after a few days. With the pain now gone, I resumed my regular workout regime which consists of pretty high intensity resistance training. Well my lucky day rolled around when I was doing overhead military press and on my failing repetition my shoulder started to hurt and I dropped the weights and promptly left the gym. My shoulder has now been in pain for the last two weeks whenever I use my arm to support my weight when getting up from lying down and it also hurts if I push against something in front of with the back of my hand below my hip. Doing seated reverse flys and holding weight in excess of 60 lbs in a relaxed arm also hurt it. What's my problem and how can it be safely healed? (I would like to maintain my workout as much as possible, so a list of muscle groups to avoid would be handy, I do chest, back, bicep, tricep, shoulders, legs, i that order). Thanks for any help!

it might be bursitis if so then you need anti inflamatory pills and a light workout to build it up again
