How do you stretch out your lower right part of your back?

right where the back of my hip bone or pelvic bone is, it hurts really bad and its not the first time i have done something to it but last time it didn't hurt as bad and it didn't hurt for as long. does anyone know how to stretch out that part of your back?

There are special exercises for stretching the lower parts of your back. cardiovascular exercises are good to practice. This link will explain to you fully the pros of back stretching exercise. Taking muscle relievers will not solve the problem of back pain it just relieves the pain TEMPORARILY. Don't pressure it though, start off with a manageable amount then let your body gravitate to it. You don't want to tear any more muscles.
