Knees and hip joints hurt?

• I'm 15, so i dont think its arthitis. My hip started hurting last week after i bailed out when i was surfing and landed hard on it. my knees just dont stop hurting. theyve hurt since i was about 12. I play football, lacrosse, and paintball. i also surf, wakeboard and knee board. im in weight training right now and tryouts for the football team are next week. My knees and hip really slow me down, and i need to be my best for tryouts, so what can i do to make them stop hurting. i wont be able to go to a doctor until monday. is it better if i stop some of the sports i play or do more?
