Will wearing a sweatband round my ankle help sore ankle?
-
I twisted/sprained my ankle five days ago, but its OK to play on now, apart from some slight pain. Will wearing a sweatband round it help(pressure/compression?). If not, can anybody suggest somethig to do? P.S - I cant go out and spend $$$ on some fancy ankle brace, I'd prefer something that I dont need to go out and buy. thanks!

Answer:
ace bandages. a few dollars. can use most anywhere on the body. arms and legs for instance. it has an elasticity to it. just don't wrap it too tight. snug, but not to tight. any drug store will sell them.
