My wrist feels weird help?

ok so sorry for posting this again but I'm real worried and no-one will respond so here we go again.my wrist feels weird? Please help? My wrist feels weird? well like 4 months maybe less, my thumb on my right hand was not able to stretch as much as my thumb on my left hand. It still is like this. Now my wrist on my right hand cannot bend toward or backwards (it can but not as much as my left wrist). Sometimes I feel a tingly sensation in my right wrist. And sometimes a numbness also. It feels restricted help

I'd go see a doctor and get it x-rayed. You may have torn a ligament or maybe even fractured it.
