What did I do to my knee?

I tore my ACL last year (Nov 2010) playing basketball. I had surgery on December 31, 2011. I did physical therapy and I was released by my physical therepist and docter in July 2011. My knee was good and it felt strong. About a month ago I was playing a pick-up basketball game and I was doing a fast break. I did a jump stop to shoot and when I landed, I felt something in my knee move. That's the best way I can describe it. It didn't hurt, it just scared me! The next day, I woke up and my knee was swollen and sore. I didn't tell anybody and I just worked it out (I did stuff like squats, lunges, high knees, and other leg excercises). After about a week and a half, the swelling was completely gone and it felt fine. I played a very laied back pick-up game shortly after and I could tell my knee was weak, but I didn't hurt it. I started basketball practice last Tuesday (9/6) and one of the excercises we do at practice is a "360 jump". It's just what is sounds like, you jump up, do a 360 turn, and land. When I landed, I felt something in my knee "move" again. Again, it didn't hurt so I just continued to practice. Now my knee is kinda sore but only a little swollen. It didn't swell nearly as much as the first time. I have full range of motion and I can flex it without pain. It's just sore and it feels weak. It feels the most sore on the left side (my right) of my right knee. Because of my recent knee experience, I know my MCL is on that side. What did I do?!?

Answer:
I don't know what you did, but it sounds like you might have hurt it again. If I were you I would just have a doctor look at it and get their opinion on it.
