How do I tighten my elbow?

Do you think I broke my elbow?

  • Today I fell and landed mainly on my left elbow. I compared it to my right elbow.. examined it.. etc. and these are the results: 1) Looks ever-so-slightly deformed (actual elbow bone protrudes more than the right elbow bone). 2) May be bruised around the elbow bone (not sure if it's a shadow..). 3) Hurts around the elbow when stretched out. 4) Hurts near triceps when I pull in my arm (opposite of stretching out). 5) Hurts when I press gently directly (hurts in the elbow bone and funny bone area) 6) The elbow looks slightly lower and curved when I put my arm in a cast position. I am almost 100% sure it is broken.. Please tell me how it is broken (fracture, deformity?, sprain, etc.) I'm going to the doctor anyway, but I'd just like to know beforehand... Thanks so much!

    There's a slight possibility you broke it, though from your description, it sounds more like you hyper-extended it... which could really mess up your hinge joint.
