How can i heal my minorly sprained ankle fast?

i hurt my ankle at a basketball game on thursday, and i had another game today, which i played, but now my ankle is hurting quite a bit and i have a basketball tournament tomorrow, i have no bandages available and i have been elevating and icing it for a while, i am trying not to walk on it too much either, what else can i do? my basket ball shoes also have ankle supports now, by the way. please help!
