My do has a pinched nerve and still cannot walk. How long will it take to heal?

I took hime to the vet because he was dragging his back legs and could not stand. The vet said it was a pinched nerve and sent him home with pain meds and steroids. I t has beeen a month and no change. I need advice on what to do now?

Take him back to the vet. A month is way to long for a pinched nerve.

Lay a heating pad on the affected area and when possible, take him back to the vet. It shouldn't take this long to heal. You may want to try a different vet (second opinion).
