I have weak knees, what can I do to help this?

I believe they're getting weak because of over-use. I do use my knees a lot as I'm fairly active, probably overly active. There's of snapping, bending, pressure, etc. in what I do. However, I'm only 15 and I like being able to use my knees. So, can I make them stronger through exercise (not too much of course) or are my knees doomed?

Answer:
Take a break for awhile. Make sure you stretch really good, and get rest on them. If problems persist, go talk to your doctor.

I actually have the same problem (from track). Obviously take a break for a week or two, get a doctor's help, you HAVE to get physical therapy to strengthen them again (it can just even be from the school trainer)... because trust me, I don't care what ur using them for. If u injure them ur doomed because they are joints. You can't walk again once they're damaged. Get help for them and make sure they're healthy before you use them again.
