How do you get a higher toe touch?

How can i get my toe touch higher?

  • i've been stretching countlessly&keep doing them. i really need help :( i do not have a trampoline either&i don't have a ride to tumbling gyms. i've been doing commercials&stretching my middle split alot. any tips well help please!!

    Hi, im a dancer so i know how difficult these can be, no matter how stretchy your middle split. What i did was practised them a lot (like 15 at one time with flexed and pointed feet (even bent knees!!!) ) in the garden on the grass (or somewhere soft) which helped teach me different ways and what i could do. Also, practice on jumping higher, i suggest doing relevés (toe rises) on stairs as that really builds up your calf muscles to jump higher and a LOT of leg kicks to second (the side) but make sure you dont kick to far sideways or you'll build up the wrong muscles which wont help at all!!! oh... practising them with a trampoline is cheating!! haha.
