What can I do about dark rough knees?

My knees hurt, what can I do?

  • I joined track a few weeks ago and am a jumper/sprinter. I was really fast and then I started doing the long jump and the next couple days my knees started to hurt but I kept running and then they started to hurt so bad that now all I can do is barely jog. The last time I ran was 3 days ago and my knees don't hurt when I walk, only when I try to run or kneel down or get up from sitting on the floor. It's mostly my left knee although both hurt and my ankles hurt a little too. How can I fix them so that I can run by Monday?

  • Answer:

It's not an injury which means it's probable a complication from an old injury at another location or habitual poor posture problem. These conditions can be fix but the time/effort required to do so is several orders of magnitude more than a nice fresh injury. That deadline is not possible. http://jamesb.hubpages.com/hub/Speed-healing-of-trauma-injuries-through-self-directed-regeneration
