Why does my back hurt?

  • I had a soccer game today and right at the end my middleish back just started to hurt really bad I didn't fall or like twist it I was just running when it started. after it felt really tight and whenever I moved it hurt. my mom thinks I pulled a muscle but shes no doctor lol it went away for a while but now it hurts kinda bad again :/ why do you think it hurts? and how long should it last?

    If it's your lower back it may be you working out your muscles more than your back is used to. I had really nasty back pain when I was walking more than usual. When I talked to a personal trainer about it, she said it was my back muscles getting more exercise. I would still go to a doctor to really make sure nothing was pulled or strained.
