Sprained ankle, knee pain...what should I do?
-
I recently sprained my ankle and the ball of my ankle is swollen. This I understand but every time I left or bend my leg (use my knee) there is pain around my knee. For my ankle if I turn it there is pain but if I go on my tip toes there is minimal pain and when I lean on my heel there is pain. For my knee, if I walk normal (bending my right knee) there is bend so therefore I sort of walk with a stiff right leg. Also if I squeeze the sides of my knee there is also pain.
