What to do when your back suddenly hurts?

What can cause my head to hurts severely when i stretch my back and bend backwards?

• every time i stretch my zback or lean and bend back words my head pounds so severely i can hardly move n my neck and back of my head what is causing this

  Possibility of a Slipped disc in your spine at the top of your spine you need to stop what your doing and see a doctor who can diagnose this, if you fail to listen to your bodies protection system then you can end up crippled I am not saying your crippled it's a worst case scenario all pain actually comes from your brain but it is sent by your nervous system basically your body is covered in wire's which is the nerve system this send's a message up to your brain to make you feel pain & the brain of course pick's up what part of your system the message came from for you to feel the pain or shout ouch! that's how our bodies work and and as anything else the longer you leave this the more damage it can cause & reduce your chance's of getting the problem sorted, we all often think well it's just a little thing not worth bothering the doctor but if we all done that then we would have no Doctors at all. they are highly trained people for example if you car engine suddenly started knocking sound badly you would go to a mechanic to sort it out Why do people take no chances with their car but they do so with their bodies think about that whilst your now going to phone for an urgent appointment or visit the out patients department in the Hospital for a quick check over before you start getting the knocking sound you don't want.
