I pulled my muscle. The question is what muscle did i pull and when will it heal?

I pulled a muscle but i don't know which one. Its my left leg, its on the inside and near my knee kind of. I was thinking it was a groin muscle (im dumb so don't bash if im totally wrong) When will it heal? The thing is i came off ACL surgery (on my right leg, not my left) 3 months ago and when i go to therapy my left leg (the one with the muscle pain) takes some weight off the right leg when doing machines and stuff. This weekend i'm most likely going to rest it but when will it heal and how should i heal it?

Answer:
It may have been you ACL again, but from the sound of it, sounds like you strained your hamstring or a tendon.
