How long will it take to heal a muscle pull from skateboarding?
-
i used to skate a lot. everyday for 3 or 4 hours. but i quit for about a year and recently started up again (within the last two weeks) i think i may have strained or pulled a muscle but, i'm not really sure. it's the muscle that pulls my right leg toward my left leg. it probably happened from landing with one foot on the skateboard and the other on the ground and the skateboard moving outward until i was in a total split. it's been hurting for 3 or 4 days now, there's no swelling or any visible signs of pain. it doesn't hurt when i don't move, but when i use the muscle it hurts moderately. what is the procedure to heal this wound, and how long will it take?
