Has anyone else experienced similar joint or muscle pain?

Back pain and muscle spasms for 6 months straigth please help?

  • Ive been experience pain in my backa nd lower rib cage for 6 months now. It never goes away and im in alot of pain, but the doctor and chiroporactor ahve no idea whats wrong.ive tried muscle relaxent but they dont seem to help. After 4 months of constent pain a got in to a car acident and it made everything worse. the pain also gets worst whille doing sports and whille siting for long periodes of time. Ive also experienced shortness of breath. Does anyone know what i can do to reduce the pain?

    Go see another doctor and get second opinion. I got back pain because I moved three heavy pieces of furniture, pain that I never felt in my life, dam it was very painful. Stop playing sports and let your back heal or if you don't it will take longer. Asked the doctor if you can take Ibuprofen 800MG for the pain (must take it with food). That helped me a lot. Also use Lower Back Muscle Spasm Heat or Cold Treatment (a must) you will get some relief. But do not exercise. The healing time took three to 5 months. After doing this I could tell that my back is healing. When the pain is gone completely go back to your exercise routine slowly because your mussels will be tight. Do the back exercises to reduces the tight mussels. Good Luck.

Oh no! Well i would suggest sleeping with a pillow under your back or a heating pad thoose work great other wise with breathing tell the doctor he sould be able to give you an en-hail-er and it will help lots!
