How to prevent sore ankle and feet?

What should i do to prevent kicking the inside of my ankle?

  • It started out during soccer i would kicking the inside of my ankle with my other foot. Either my heel would hit it or the top of my toe would. After this happening several times over our tournament i got a cut. later in the week i had volleyball and now im hitting my self playing volleyball too. but not only that also when i walk i hit my ankle. Now the cut starts to bleed and such and the bone hurts and its somewhat painful to walk. What should i do to prevent this, and should i wrap my ankle or something in order for it to heal and not get hit during sports?

    Your other knee has to need some help because it's letting your foot swing in an unnatural way to hit your other foot. While sitting, place both your hands around your leg right behind your knee. With your fingers find the ligaments in the back of your knee, two on the inside and two on the outside, one of them partway up the outside of your leg. Place a finger on each of them and press heavy pressure into them and hold. Now relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don't tense up any part of your body including your arms, let your hands do the work. After 45 seconds, slowly slide your leg forward until it's fully extended. Then release the pressure but hold your leg there for one minute.
