Gym upper back pain - advice...?

its the pulldown exercise in the gymm...may be i used a lil bit more of weight(did the 1 time)....did some push upas and running as well..i did yesterday night and dint feel anything of a pain till today evening after i had a heavy meal and there was some gas....the pain was in the upper back...not very sharp...irritating...and it gets eased up when the gas goes out....i dint digest what i ate properly...right now m not feeling any pain as such as there is less gas

IF YOUR WORKING OUT TO MUCH THEN I THINK THAT'S THE PROBLEM. I THINK IF YOU LET YOUR BODY REST FOR TWO OR THREE DAYS THEN YOU WILL BE GOOD

you are on drugs and the gas is just gas made out of poop.
