Upper back pain - gym?

Gym upper back pain - advice...?

  • its the pulldown exercise in the gymm...may be i used a lil bit more of weight(did the 1 time)....did some push upas and running as well..i did yesterday night and dint feel anything of a pain till today evening after i had a heavy meal and there was some gas....the pain was in the upper back...not very sharp...irritating...and it gets eased up when the gas goes out....i dint digest what i ate properly...right now m not feeling any pain as such as there is less gas

    IF YOUR WORKING OUT TO MUCH THEN I THINK THAT'S THE PROBLEM. I THINK IF YOU LET YOUR BODY REST FOR TWO OR THREE DAYS THEN YOU WILL BE GOOD
