My right foot hurts what wrong with it?
-
i was at track and field practice and i thow disk. and we were bowling it for warm up and it rolled hard into the side of my right foot. It hurt 4 a couple of secs. then it was fine. the nxt day in class i wrapped my foot around the chair and it hurt like hell. Also it hurts when i put my foot strait down and i rub the spot. The spot is right under neath my ankel. its been hurting for about 4 weeks now. Is the muscle sore or did i break something in my foot?

Answer:
I did the same thing in pole- vault! I went to the doc and they just said that it was not broken (breaks hurt SOOOOO bad!!! You'd probably know!) and to ice it on and off for 20 minutes. Also, when it gets very bad, take ibiprofen or advil, and consider wearing a brace when you do track.
