Pinched nerve in the lower back.?
-
Is there something I can do to heal this pinched nerve in my lower back? It's been about two months. At first, the left buttocks hurt really bad. It feels better now, but it still hurts. So is there something I can do to get rid of it? Besides going to the doctor. Self therapy basically.

Answer:
sure it's not a kidney infection? That feels a lot like a pinched lower back nerve....get some straight cranberry juice....chug it, and see how you feel in 10 hrs...serious!
