Help me I know nothings broken but I need help it's my ankle!!!!!! ?

It's been a week since I sprained my ankle it was the Thursday before last. I had basketball Tryouts on the following Tuesday and I needed to tryout in order to make the team. My ankle wasn't completely healed when I did that but I taped it up completely. I didn't tweak it or anything during that practice but it hrt when I got home I could also sprint in he practice with no pain at all it's just I couldn't jump. I've decided to take a week off so it can heal properly but right now when I move my ankle inward I feel I pull above my round bone on he side of my foot does that mean the ligaments are still attatched and hey are starting to heal?btw I had a full ankle sprain and the lower half is already healed it's just my high ankle. So I'm assuming it's a high ankle sprain cause I've look up high ankle sprains and it matches perfectly. There us no more swelling just a little bit of bruising still
