Shoulder instability and pain...what should I do?! Whats wrong!?

So I have a bad shoulder. I have been to the doctor already and he said that I have a very loose shoulder. (It pops all the way out when I relax). I have already had a SLAP repair on this shoulder and my other shoulder and it kinda feels the same way as before. By the way I am a swimmer so I went to a orthopedic doc that specialized in sports. He knew I wanted to finish out my swim season so he said to call him if it starts hurting more and he would order an MRI and then see whats up. So I was almost done with my season and my shoulder kept on getting worse but I never called him because I was determined to swim. However, now I'm in a bit of a dilemma. My season just ended and my shoulder hurts more than ever. But I'm about to go off to college in a little over a month so I don't know what to do, a month isn't exactly a long time to recover from anything and stuff so... All I know is that my shoulder is extremely painful and is getting worse. What should I do? Please help! By the way I'm an 18 year old athletic girl.

stop the exercise. stop seeing the doofi doctors. many joint problems are due to weak elongated muscles from nerve interference. these elongated muscles destabilize the joint, as they no longer hold the bones they attach to in proper juxtaposition. ligaments now are overstressed as well, having to bear the loads the muscles aren't. correct the cause of the nerve interference. see an hio method/upper cervical specific chiropractor.
