How long for back pain to heal?
-
Recently my friend stepped on my back in attempt to crack it (I asked him), and ever since I have had a dull, but lingering pain in my mid-back area. I don't think it's anything serious at all, but it's definitely noticable. It kinda feels like when you've been sitting slouched for awhile and you start to feel a little pain until you stretch and then it's better - except it doesnt get better from stretching. It doesn't hurt all the time, just lingers and comes and goes. Oh and this only happened 2 days ago so it's very recent. So I was wondering what kind of pain is this (brusing, soreness, etc.) and how long is expected healing time? Thanks

Answer:
Never ever going to happen. Pain is part of a complex signal generated by damaged or distressed tissue it cannot be healed.
