How to heal a scab fast?

I have a tiny scab on my lip that is almost healed, how do I make it heal SUPER fast?

I got a cold sore a while ago and my scab is lingering.. Its really small but I want it gone :(

cortisone cream or another name steriod cream every time it will heal it super fast and even stop it developing again. i'm not sure why the doctors don't recommend it for this but it's fab. my father in law had a full blown cold sore and i told him what to do he coud not believe the fast healing effect it had on him. give it a try, best of luck sweetheart .
