How long does a small cut on your lip heal?

Its the tiniest cut but it was bleeding since last night. My lips were a little chapped yesterday and I stupidly bit my lip and it started bleeding. I'm putting blistex on it to help it heal. How long does a cut usually take to heal? Would it heal by tonight or tomorrow?

Answer:
a couple days or so. You don't have to put any product on it. Blistex may close the pores and slow down the healing process.
