How do I keep my ear from getting infected?

I have a dead roach in my ear. Cant get it out.. How do i keep my ear from getting infected?

    You would need to visit an Ear Nose Throat Specialist doctor to help you remove the foreign body from your ear with the help of a speculum and special microscope,use of local anesthesia may or may not be required.Some commonly used methods being used are : 1)forceps 2)suctioning 3)irrigation and some other methods,it all depending on what the doctor feels is suitable for your situation. Removing it prevents infection to your ears.In case of infection or for prevention purpose, antibiotics cream might be applied in the ear as well.
