How do iknow if ihave a mosquito bite or spider bite?

I was sleeping on my grandmother's leather couch and iwoke up in the middle of the night itching badly. When i looked in the mirror i had three red bumps (cluster) on the left side of my neck, two on the right side of my neck, two on my hand and a few on my face. There was a mosquito in the house but ithought they only bite once. It has been about three days and they still itch and are red. Are these mosquito bites or spider bites? Or anything else?

It could be bedbugs or fleas or the ghost of the cow whose skin you were sleeping on wreaking its ethereal vengeance.
