Best knee brace for soccer?

KNEE IS KILLING ME!! Keeps locking up and giving out!!! HELP!?

• for the past week, but especially killing today, it got really worse. my left knee- feels really tight and like theres alot of weight on there(which i havnt gained anything lately, i actualy think i lost some) and it feels like im just slamming my leg into the ground and cant loosen it. when i walk it locks up and gives out like every step i take. the pain is all over my whole knee but i think especially in the front. my right knee- was hurting earlier(not really now) and not nearly as bad as my left but it feels like when i walk i cant put any waight on either leg. I want to know whats wrong with my knee and how to fix it! and im not a complainer and i have a really high pain tolerance. I cant stand it though! and i need help quick cuz ive got to be somewhere tonight and tomorrow and sunday i have a soccer game. my whole weekend is full of things where i need to be active! Some things i thought of that it could be is that my sneakers are old and worn and all that. i need new ones desperately but cant for at least a few weeks. also 2 and a half years ago i had a bad ankle injury on my left ankle and never got it treated and ever since then my knees have been messed up.   go to your doctor. you could've torn a muscle or tendon, or messed up your knee cap. which doesn't heal nicely on its own without medical attention. and i really dont reccomend you trying to mess up your knees even more since they already hurt. alternate from ice and heat every 20 minutes, and make sure to keep them elevated but bent at a slight angle or whatever feels comfortable and yes you should probably wear the knee brace for support.
