What kind of bug bite is hard and swollen?

What kind of bug bite is this? And is it poison?! Please help.?

  • I was working in the barn yesterday and when I got home I realized I had a bug bite or something on my stomach. Today it has been hurting and the pain has increased. Now it's annoyingly unbearable. It even hurts when I walk. I tryed putting neosporin on it, but I think it deffinatley made it worse. I'm not sure what to do. This is what it looks like:: Red (small pimple looking) center, surrounded by red irrated kinda puffed up skin. What is it, and what can I do to soothe the pain? Should I go to the hospital (Seems ridiculous) ? *My step mom suggested it could be a horse fly bite since I was arround horses?

    1) I don't think you being around horses has anything to do with a horse fly it's just a name. 2) You need to go get it checked out by a doctor. and quick. If it's poisonous you need an antidote or you will get very sick.
