How do you get fiberglass slivers out of your hand?

today I was doing some yard work and I didn't know the handle of one of our rakes is made out of fiberglass and it put a lot of splinters in my hands. How do i get it out?

oo dam ... well first try a wet paper towel...and gently wipe ur hand with it....next get tweezers and go to work ...and well if any are really deep in ur skin (like embedded so deep they aint never coming out on their own accord) then ur kinda screwed...so go to the doctor because as far as i know once the slivers are already fully embedded into ur hand there are no home remedys
