Should i start a drawing reference library, or is that a waste of time?

there's an ad online that is selling 200+ fashion and beauty magazines for very cheap. I have a very serious hobby of drawing manga. i have over 180 mangas, and hundreds of hours of anime. I thought about cutting out pictures of people from magazines and putting em in scrapbooks for artist reference. If i was to do that, then i would make many books from all the magazines i'll get. Should i, or is there a better way to get drawing reference. I've always had a hard time drawing poses and clothes.
