What do I include from the following in a resume?

Hi, I've been working at McDonalds for 9 months now, and am familiar with drive-through, customer service and kitchen. However I want to drop in my resume at this cafe (for obvious reasons, I mean come on I' work at McDonalds). How should I include the customer service, ktichen postion i've had at McDonald's in my updated resume? Also what about drive-through? How can I tie that into my resume??
