Is it right to like an older person?

What type of person would right this....does it sound to condescending..for those who genuinely like helping?

• *ignore grammar...this is a work in progress To whom this concerns, I have been in receipt of income assistance via the Transitional Employment Allowance program (TEA program). Recently it has come to my attention that the decision was made to discontinue any income assistance that I may otherwise be eligible for through the TEA program, it is also to my understanding that this decision was made on the following grounds; (1) Failure on my behalf to participate in a pre-employment program or receive a pre-employment service. I acknowledge that upon entering a contract with the Government of Saskatchewan the onus is on me to adhere to the mutually agreed upon terms, I also acknowledge that my failure to adhere to these terms has provided the unit administrator with sufficient grounds to cease any further payments. The fact that I did not adhere to these terms is indisputable, however, I believe that mitigating factors should be taken into consideration with any further decision that is made by the unit administrator, these factors are as follows; (1) On May 24th 2011 I was evicted from my place of residence (Apt B Avenue V South, Saskatoon Saskatchewan, S7M 3E3); this sudden change in my living circumstances shifted my focus to finding a new place of residence. I have subsequently found a new place in which I will assume the responsibilities as a tenant; the address is as follows; Unit #7 219 Grant Street, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (2) I have already produced and distributed copies of my resume to numerous employers, and have had numerous responses. As of Wednesday June 1st 2011 at 9:30 am I will be commencing employment at the Comfort Inn; further information in regards to my employment will be discussed when contacted by the unit administrator in charge of reviewing my case. Given the gravity of my current situation I humbly request that the unit administrator review my case and grant a reversal of the written decision made on May 27th 2011. In the event that a reversal is granted, I would like to discontinue my participation in the TEA program upon receipt of June funding. In the event that any further appeals are needed I humbly request that the unit administrator grant me interim funding so that I may move into my new residence.

  It sounds like a standard "kiss asss" business letter to me. And yes, it's proper to kiss asss when beggin for money. British Columbia is better than Saskatchewan
