How to graduate early if I'm home schooled?

Im thinking about getting home schooled.?

• im in 12th grade and i love to learn but i am having alot of depression problems and im really wanting to be able to over come them before collage and im really thinking about getting home schooled for the rest of the year. would this be a good idea for me and if so wat is a good home schooling program?

  First of all, homeschool doesn't have to be expensive at all, as someone else suggested. There are always programs that cost a lot, but if you look there are many ways to educate yourself with little or no money. But I wouldn't consider it unless there is a good homeschool group in your area, so you would still have interaction with others your age... if not every day, at least a few times a week. Also, it's just good to get advice and suggestions from other homeschoolers who are seniors or from mothers who have prepared their kids for college. Google your state and "homeschool" to get a list of local groups. You may want to talk to a counselor about why you might be depressed. Are you bored, sad, or just feeling down a lot? It's important to discover why you may feel that way, it may be a health issue (hormones, thyroid). You do have a lot more freedom to study your interests with homeschooling, but realize you won't get a state-issued diploma. You can have a parent or other adult issue an official, notarized diploma and transcript showing your necessary credits, which is fine for most colleges. They rely heavily on your college entrance exam scores.
