Is online homeschooling hard?

On a scale 1 to 10 how hard is online homeschooling?
-
Answer:
The online part of it would be a 5. However, i can guarantee that you will procrasinate, sleep in too much, lose motivation, won't understand fully what the work is online and it will be too hard. Teachers are there at school to teach you and to help you. Ask questions, don't be shy. And if your own teacher can't explain the work, go to another teacher that teaches the same subject. (:

Yes and no. It depends on your school and you, for me, if you get your work done every week then you have nothing to worry bout but make sure your getting good grades (like B's and C's). But I hate sometimes that I fall behind, but when you are going into homeschooling you have to stay on pace (meaning each week make sure your work is done). It can be frustrating and it is a lot more work to be put in, but when you keep on trying and put up with the work, you'll get use to it, you will expect what to get the next week. I have been frustrated this week because of 2 semester going in and I have a lot to finish up for 1 semester. :( I will say homeschooling is a 7.

it depends on how you learn. if you do well without having a teacher there to answers your questions right then, you should do fine. i did it and it wasn't bad for me except math and science - those are hard to learn practically by yourself. but i'm not the best at those subjects anyway so it's not the same for everyone. to answer your question it's easier for some but not for everyone. for me, it was a 7 or 8, though math and science were a 10.

It's actually just like public school work so... I guess it can range between a 5 - 10 whether or not you stay 'on pace' with it all. I would know because I'm actually enrolled in online high school right now, and trying to get caught up with my work because I fell behind.. that's really all you need to worry about, is finishing everything you need for each week. 8 from me.
Please understand you are not homeschooling. You are schooling online. It's either public online school or private online school. Don't call yourself a homeschooler if you're not.
