How can i get home schooled?

• i want to get home schooled online for a year. (many reasons). but my dad works all day, so is there a way i can still get home schooled ONLINE without him having to be home? hes the only parent/guardian in my house.

  I'm not sure how old you are, but the main issue would be whether you are old enough to be left alone all day, so it's a welfare issue more than an educational issue. Education does not just happen during school hours say 9 - 3pm, learning of course can be worked in at any time. For example my teenage sons, as with most teenagers find it difficult to sleep at night and get up in the mornings, so we do most of our work in the afternoons and evenings. It is better we do that, than try do work when they are least awake in the mornings if that makes sense. That is the beauty of homeschool, that you can fit your learning around your lifestyle. A lot of child athletes and actors often homeschool around their different programmes for that reason. By the way homeschool is more intense than time spent inside the classroom with 30 other kids at different learning levels, so don't be surprised if you pick things up much quicker than you did at School.
