How to get into home schooling?

How to get my mom to let me have home schooling.?

  • (I have dyslexia pleas dismiss mis spells and bad grammar) So i went to my first day of high school today and hated it. I have really bad anxiety to the point that last year I had to miss the last days of last year after i just had a breakdown in the middle of the school day. Im not picked on and i have several friends but of course we still have the occasional asshole who picks on me. I usually make good grades but last year i missed several days and made really bad. My mom doesn't think home school is a good idea and thinks that you cant learn all you need to know from it when really it would let me have more time with what im struggling in. She also thinks its bad for social behavior and honestly that is true but i still hang out with some people after school. I cant keep going to this school. Today i actually puked due to stress and its only going to get worse. Any ideas on what to tell my mom or sights i can show her to make her change her mind would be a big help.

    Tell her what you just told us. Check into different homeschooling and correspondence/cyber schooling options to tell her about too. Give her lots of options to show her you are serious about alternative education instead of just rebelling about going to school.

Tell her that you are under a lot of stress due to the fact of going to that school. Though does your mom know youre being teased a little? Maybe she can stop that. So yea say you are under stress.

I would have a heart to heart talk with her at a time when she's usually the least busy during the day/night. Tell her exactly how you feel and hopefully she will think about it.
