HELLLP PLEASE ! PLEASEEE AM AN AMERICAN WANTING TO GO HOME !?

So, were at ciudad juarez in the american consult . and my mom paid the $600 Dollar fine (And WHat we know is that when they take your passport and you pay the fine your visa was accpeted) and then the american guy took her passport and told her to keep checking the "DHL"(Were most people receive their visas) but the guy said to wait for an answer in6 to 8 weeks i need help ASAP ! idk what to do if i and my mom should go to our home state in mexico, or wait in ciudad juarez please help me please !

Just walk across the border, man. Apparently it's extremely easy. You just have to worry about getting shot in the back by a US border patrol agent if you can't pay his fee.
