Help with starting acting career?

Help on jump starting my acting career?

My dream is to have a successful career in acting either on stage or in films, and i would like to start building that career now. I unfortunately live in a small town near Syracuse, New York, and I am only 15 but I really want to pursue this. Any advice on how to get started, any acting agencies, or good starting jobs would be greatly appreciated!

My dream is the same as yours. Only I am 12 years old. Whoever says oh you are too young you need to grow up and study and blah blah blah is just a bunch of b.s. If you love acting you should pursue in it. Unfortunately i dont have the answer to your question but i will say this:Did you know that Selena Gomez didnt even have a Talent Agency when she got hired for Wizards? I personally am just gonna go with the flow and let my mom be my manager...you should too.
