Need help finding a monologue?
-
So I just got a callback for a tv show I get to audition for, I'm so excited! This is my first ever tv audition, I've only ever done plays so it's different and plus it's only like 3 days away. I need to have a 1-2 minute monologue, comedic or dramatic. I'm thinking I should go with dramatic because I'm better at that, but I feel like everyone goes for dramatic so Idk. I also haven't the slightest idea of what monologue to pick out..should I pick one from a movie or play, where can I find monologues, etc. If anyone knows of any good monologues to do or where to find them and what type I should I do, I would be really grateful! Thanks so much!

Answer:
It would be helpful to know the genre of the show, and how old you are. If you know what kind of role you are auditioning for, that would be helpful as well.
